The JHU ICBM-DTI-81 white-matter tracts “maxprob thr25 1mm” atlas is a probabilistic diffusion tensor imaging–based parcellation of major human white-matter pathways, constructed from DTI data acquired on a cohort of healthy adults and registered to the ICBM-152 stereotactic template at 1 mm resolution; within each voxel, tract labels correspond to the most probable tract assignment, thresholded at a minimum of 25% probability.
