The Harvard-Oxford Cortical Maximum Probability (maxprob) thr25 1mm brain atlas is a probabilistic, macro-anatomical parcellation of the cerebral cortex into gyral-based regions derived from structural MRI scans of healthy adult volunteers, originally collected and manually labeled at the Center for Morphometric Analysis at Massachusetts General Hospital and distributed via the FMRIB Software Library (FSL).
